And bothers me that his father isn't coming with him on his official visit. His father is also his coach so seems that he should be along if the Tigers truly have a chance with him.

I agree. Not getting my hopes up on this one since his dad, who happens to be his head coach, isn’t coming. But it’ll add some suspense to add a Clemson hat on signing day to a longtime LSU lean.

All I can say Patrick, if you’re serious about winning championships, it’s down to two schools. Us and Bama. You will be the G O A T here. May be waiting in line at Bama...
But the real reason is there’s no comparison in the schools and brotherhood. You hear about football at bama but here you get both. Football and a future!!!!

Ed Orgeron must have really charmed him with his words, once the interpreter relayed them to Surtain. Well anyway, he is likely LSU bound, but getting him on campus does leave a crack in the door, and at least on this one Clemson is getting a visit after Alabama. UGA must have filled their quota for 5 stars given that Campbell is lock there, so here is one that UGA can't have, either because they have no room, or Surtain wants to go somewhere that be can have an instant impact.
