I'm 99% sure that we want Bama to win, to avoid having to draw them in the first round again.
But... man, it's hard rooting for Bama! Just making sure I'm not crazy here.

I hope you are right but I would have to see that to believe. The Florida and LSU rankings hint at a different idea by the committee.

because I think Bama is going to curbstomp UGa.
However, in the unlikely event that UGa does pull-off the upset, and Clemson, OU, and Ohio State all win, I don't think the committee can justify taking Bama over two one-loss Power 5 teams that just won a conference championship.

I think we want Bama to either win and go into the CFP #1 or lose and get left out of the CFP completely.

Yes we want Bama to win because if they loose, most likely we will be at #1 if we win and they will be at #4... So we would have to face them in first round of playoffs.

they would be the 4 seed. The #1 seed has not won the Natty in the CFP era. In the four years with CFP, the winner has been the 2 seed twice and the 4 seed twice. The pattern has been 4-2-2-4, so I am perfectly happy being the #2 seed this year.

Well I want Bama to win because I don’t want UGA in the CFP. Can you imagine those inbreeds After beating Bama for the next 4 weeks.
I would love to see Clemson vs Bama both at 14-0 which would be a first.

I'm with you on wanting Alabama to win. I do not really want to play them in the first round of the playoffs especially coming off a loss.
