Tennessee has 28 commits but is still getting predictions

for more. They had 30 last year too. How do they do it? Isn't there an SEC bylaw that limits commits to 25 per year?

that one team couldn't sign more than 25....but almost all of them have found ways to circumvent the letter and spirit of the rule

Have you ever seen an SEC team stop at 25? There is already 5 SEC teams over 25. There is ways to getting around laws.

They don't pay attention to that. They just say 25. They go about it like 25 a signing period. That would mean they could sign 2t in December and 25 in feb
