Does anyone else suspect our SC isn't what it has been? Not sure I've seen our guys gassed (except maybe ND) but I get the sense their strength isn't up there with the better competition. What I think I'm seeing seems to have no general exceptions ( lime, back offense, defense). Was there a change of note in SC personnel?

To me it doesn't seem to be a glaring issue. We win some plays, we loose some plays... Seems to be more assignment and execution and probably offensive scheme. If you want to see what physical difference looks like, go back to the 2008 opener with Alabama.. That was 6A vs. 1A at it's finest. And with our playmakers, we still hung around for 3 quarters...

I remember back in the Bowden era that the t-net shirt tucking posse wanted to fire Batson and his staff because he did not know how to do his job. Now after 10 years of greater success than any of us could have imagined we have two down years (one of which includes an ACC Championship which before Dabo we had not won in 20 years) the posse is out with the knives again.

Our not using the portal means that we have younger guys. Younger guys...maybe a little smaller out of high school...no 22 year old grad school transfers that have been in weight/conditioning programs longer.
