This has been one of the questions I have had from the start. Why even have this role? Makes no sense, as well as it I not working obviously. Couldn't have found a more dislikable guy either.

If our passing game coordinator does not take into account the strengths of our opponent's defense and the weaknesses of our offense (including if a starter O-lineman is out and his backup is not anywhere near as good), then we might as well save the budget money on this position.
Maybe chip away at the cost for our Vegas style video board.

It’s part of our fiends and family program of hires. I understand he’s not responsible for throwing or catching the ball. However, we can’t consistently pass .. what is he coordinating? I saw no evidence of having anything Saturday in regards to passing, but it’s been this way all year. He and Grisham must have a lot of spare time.

So, your telling me all that Saturday was actually coordinated by someone....WOW. Actually, I'd rather be the "Portal Review Guy". Come in about 9:00, turn on the computer, nothing to do so go to lunch. Come back, still nothing to do, walk around a little, check in on Tigernet, then leave about 3:00.
