We should never score only 2 runs and lose to a 2-5 Winthrop at home...never. I am sick of the excuses...youth, facilities, etc... GET ON THE STICK TIGERS !!!

would not be a good marathon runner! Baseball season is not a sprint, but a marathon. I believe this will be a very good team at the end of the year.

While I am dissapointed with yesterday's performance, I am not ready to throw them under the bus. To get only 6 hits against a multitude of pitchers is awful. We do not have a pitching coach. Why is that? No one can tell me who is our pitching coach. I have asked Mahoney, players, and players mothers. I was hoping Brad Chalk would help, but no real progress so far. We are still a young team with 5 freshmen starting yesterday including the starting pitcher. All you chicken littles need to kma.

You must mean no one can tell you who our HITTING coach is. Pepicelli is the pitching coach, and he's a good one. Just don't care for his pitch calling. Lecroy is the primary hitting coach, as assisted by Michael Johnson. IF you want to complain about hitting talk to those two. Not sure why you expected Chalk, a student assistant to help. He's well down the coaching pecking order. Also, you must have talked to Ed Mahoney and the players and parents for the other team. Bob Mahoney and all of the Clemson players and parents know EXACTLY who coaches Pitching and Hitting.
