if you're taking over one of the WORST teams in all of the FBS.........and definitely P5 then him going out and getting better players than current should be GOAL #1..........he's just telling them ahead of time.

Yeah I think Deion is going to fail spectacularly but you don't reverse 1-11 worst P5 team out there culture by playing coming in and telling everyone everything is fine.

msn, yahoo, cnn, huffington post...philosophy is all about click bait. The whole point of Deions speech was if you're scared to work or not bought in, then hit the portal. Kids don't usually get honesty much anymore and its refreshing to hear it.
