Not a good time to have an IPTAY level increase for next season. I bumped up levels this season to keep my parking. Next year, I am going to seat equity and will park wherever they put me.

As if best is the standard isn’t the same.
It’s a standard. A target. It means each and every person in the program does their very best at all times. It doesn’t mean winning nattys every year.
There are some players and coaches who are not meeting that standard, but the standard remains.
It’s just so odd that some people can’t see the forest for the trees.
The sole reason we are 3-1 or 4-0 is simple, and it has nothing to with “changes”, unless you’re talking about a QB who can execute the offense.
It’s literally that simple.
All this other BS is ridiculous.

Something/some things must change at this point. I don't expect coaching changes mid-season, but personnel, who starts, and playing time needs a real shake up, for sure. Need to reevaluate offensive play calling and defensive scheme as well. I expect we will see some of that going forward, but don't know if it will be enough to make a difference.

If one of our 3 top QBs can’t execute the proven offense, then we aren’t going to win many games.
If we can find a QB to execute the offense, then we will win many games.
It’s literally that simple right now.
The entire team is being hurt by us missing plays and first downs and touchdowns every single week. Fix that, and we win.

He believes the QB is an island. That his play is solely on him. That his regression has zero to do with coaching. He also believes, scratch that, KNOWS he can’t possibly be wrong. 100% certain his mom monitors internet usage from above the basement. Or, he is a coach himself. Show him the “facts” he spits out as wrong and he hides.

Hasn’t the coaching already killed the season? What could it hurt to try something different? Let Coach Luke drive the offense for a bit. He couldn’t do any worse. Heck, let some of these other offensive coaches prove their worth. Give them a go at it if they are worth their salaries.

Did you even watch the first 4 games? The QB is leaving the game on the field every week. The only time he even did remotely as expected was the 2nd half vs Troy. He literally cost us the first two games, and a strong case could be made he cost us our third loss as well.
DL has not been performing up to their potential. Thats the main issue outside of QB.
But to suggest this season is on anything other than the QB playing like hot garbage, it literally just isn’t so.
Not portal. Not NIL. Not coaches. The games have been there for the taking, but the QB isn’t getting it done.
That’s not to say everyone is playing all out., because they’re not.. especially as we all watch the QB flutter, but if the QB plays AS EXPECTED then we are 3-1 or 4-0. It breaks down just that simply.

That QB had 363 yards and 3 tds in our last game that we easily lost and you're putting it all on that guy? Syracuse outcoached us PERIOD. And our defense was atrocious and couldn't get off the field. It's entirely amazing that Cade put up the stats that he did when our defense couldn't get off the #### field to give him the ball.

Here’s my concern….the “program is in great shape” statement, which is meant to address concerns about the future…hmmmmm…..if the program were in great shape, then how did we get to such an atrocious product on the field?
I think Swinney needs to leverage some consultation, because:
1. The evaluation of coaching hires has been very poor as of late.
2. The culture/process hasn’t translated into good fundamentals on the field.
3. The process/system should be robust enough to self-correct. I haven’t seen anything in terms of trends this season to suggest we are course-correcting. If anything, things have trended downward.
4. If confidence is an issue and there’s some positive feedback in the system as a result of it, the system should have some safeguards in it to break this feedback loop, and get the ship trending in the right direction.
I guess the jury is still out on all of this; let’s see on Saturday. I’m personally losing faith, but I do still have some modicum of hope.

He gets the right offensive staff in place and lets them cook, he can be back to normal next season. I can see a good portal QB, OC, QB coach and some players added this offseason putting us right back in the mix. Only question is will he do it?

I actually read him quite differently, but who knows for sure? What I read it as was “the stuff outside of football issues is great. The coaching has been atrocious, period. And that’s on me.”
When asked about what’s wrong he went to “coaching” every time, but did follow with player accountability after.
I think he’s smart enough to know the “football stuff pays the bills. The house is in order, payments are being made, the wife “program” is happy. But he’s failing at work.
He cant say he’s firing anyone. A dead man walking doesn’t care. His humility over the last two pressers has been awesome
