If Baylor wins out and wins the Big 12, they will jump to #3.
5hey have to likely beat Oklahoma again in the championship game. Beating the same team twice isn't easy. If they do, then they will have an argument.

Yes we do. Baylor beat Clemaon 24-18 in the 1979 Peach Bowl which is the two teams lone match up.

The Playoffs would look something like this,

1) LSU vs 4) Clemson
2) Ohio St vs 3) Baylor

That is unless Penn St knocks off Ohio St.

Then it would be ,

1)LSU vs 4) Penn St
2)Baylotr vs 3) Clemson

Yes, currently. If Baylor were to beat a top 10 Oklahoma tonight and then again in the championship game of the BIG 12,, Baylor would have a top 10 win and a possible top 15 win, depending on how far Oklahoma would drop. Clemson has no top 20 wins so Baylor being unbeaten and two very good wins, would jump Clemson in all likelihood.

Baylor has very little chance of finishing #3. That spot belongs to Clemson.

Doesn't really matter where UGA is ranked because their entire season rests on beating LSU in the SEC title game.
