looks like all the teams at the top are coming out aggressive or course is playing easier today. Need to bring it and hope some teams stumble.

We've got to come out like ga tech has. That's like Arkansas yesterday. Have to think at some point north Illinois will stumble. Ga south will be tough to beat.
I can see it taking us close to a -18, -20 round to have a solid chance. Hope I'm wrong.
Other acc teams are faltering too. Kinda shocked by wake not getting in. Well, guess they still could but it'd take a miracle.
Go Tigers!!!! Oh, and thank you all for posting. It's more fun... sorta like watching it with someone else. I love you all.

Yeah, I agree. The first 3 holes are a birdie fest and eagles too. We're parring and bogeying them. Good first hole. But Zack and Thomas just aren't getting anything going. Hopefully it changes but looking more and more we'll need that -20 round. Have to get to -30 at least. Imo

Nope, you're spot on. Someone has to catch fire. Was so hoping this would be a breakout round for Zack but he hasn't had a sub par round yet. Thomas can. If Swanson as you said can catch fire... -18 puts us at 34. That'd be playoff close imo.

Ga. Southern and NIU are both on the front 9 and we are on the back. The front has been playing a lot easier this week. Just hoping Swanson or Rose can pull out qualifying as an individual.

for their top 4 guys. We have 10 left for our top 4 guys. GS parring everything. Looks like they have gone conservative and think they can hold on without a major mistake. Our guys need to be on the hunt and aggressive on the birdie holes. Really stinks our #1 player is not going to post a countable score on the final day.

You don't need to slow Bennett down. From watching him in the Masters and US Am, he is just as slow if not slower than Cantlay. Fidgets & re-grips over his ball all day.

I may be wrong here, but I think the first tie breaker is head to head rounds. So if Clemson ties A&M, A&M moves on, but Clemson will hold the tie breaker against San Diego St. Not sure what they use for 3-way ties.

As I said, didn't want to offend anyone. Look at my post and my friends post for the last 4 years. I was doing cartwheels when he committed. I've always loved Gordy. I'm just stating that the fact that he never progressed since high school. In fact, his yearly scoring avg went down since hs.
I love the fella but he just can't overcome having a bad hole... or 2 or 3 per round. Natural progression, this was supposed to be his team.
But we still have a chance.
