I've always loved the song as a kid. Long before I got into football. But I never knew it was an actual town in Tennessee. It's about 30 miles northwest of Knoxville heading towards Lexington KY. The wige

Anyway, the Wife and I stop by the Cracker Barrel in Rocky Top on our way back from Cincinnati a few months months ago. Nice town from what I saw.

Here's hoping we hear a lot of Rocky Top in the first quarter.....and almost none by the mid point of the third quarter.

I've been through there several times. I wish I could say it was a nice town, looked a little wore down & definitely not the bustling city it use to be. I will say that the people were friendly & the food was good!

Until about 6 or 7 years ago. The local chamber thought that changing the name to Rocky Top would bring in tourists.
