and try to call a game. I have never seen a HC always in the ear of his OC. If we lose today, it’s all on our 11 million HC for staying in Riley’s ear and not letting him throw the ball all over the yard.

What struck out to me was when he was talking about the changes he made on the offensive line in practice Wednesday without telling Riley or Luke.... It was at 19:30 in Dabo's second post game interview video.

He said he went out to practice on Wednesday and told Litchcum to play RT and Blake Miller to play LT. I would think if he wanted to see that he would have had a conversation with Matt Luke and let Luke tell the guys where they will be playing. With the experience Luke has coaching OL, I would think he would pull Dabo aside and say something to him man-to-man one-on-one.

When you are a CEO, let your managers manage.... you oversee. I get that he is very involved with the offense and defense, and when injuries happen like they have been, urgency is increased. But tell your coordinators and position coaches and let them tell the boys.

I always used to think head coaches shouldn't put the headsets on except in critical situations.... Be a CEO. Hire good coaches and coordinators, keep the alumni happy and the money coming in, work the refs during the game, and close on top recruits. But... I understand things are different now a days.
