Time to say it.....

I have been reading this board today and I have had enough of you so called tiger fans on here lashing out at the team and the coaches. We lost the rivalry game and I understand all of you being upset just as I am. Now you are turning on your brethren and calling them out as soft fans. What happened to the tiger family sticking together no matter what? All I use to hear on here is how we need to get back to winning 10 games a year and the ACC. Dabo and company have done that 2 years in a row. Now all I hear is how Dabo can't beat Suck U. The wins against our rival will come. Dabo has built this team up from at best mediocre and ranked every now and then to being ranked in the top 25 and in the BCS year after year. It makes me very sad and quite frankly pissed off to hear some of you whiny little girls on here crying about losing 4 in a row to our rival. Since we have lost the last 4 does that mean we just throw our team to the wolves and let them fend for themselves? According to a lot of you that seems to be what you have done. Honestly all you "beat our rival guys at any cost" would really be happy going 1-11 every year with that 1 win vs Suck u? I would take 10 and 11 wins every year if we only beat the coots half the time or less. The game use to mean bragging rights and that was it. This game now is starting to hold a little BCS talk. In the years to come these 2 teams could be playing each other with a BCS title game berth as the prize. That still would probably not be enough for some of you. I'll let Dabo continue to build this program and see where we are in the next 3 years. For those of you giving up on this team or bad mouthing every chance you get, then you all can go eff yourselves, because I will be cheering for my tigers still. my being a fan is not conditional on wins and losses,it is because I love my tigers. All you jerk offs can now carry on with your pity parties and gnashing of teeth.

No one has ever said that they want to go 1-11 if it means a win over USUCK. That's ridiculous.

Winning 10+ games and beating the Coots are not mutually exclusive propositions.
A lot of folks are acting like it is. 1-11 is unacceptable. But winning 10 games against FCS-type competition is not consolation for losing to the only 2 decent teams you play.

It is just laughable that you want to fire the head coach after a 2 10 win seasons. I think some of our fans need a ####### reality check.

You'd probably say it's laughable

to fire a National Championship coach 2 seasons later too right? Auburn just did that with Chizik.
I'm NOT saying fire Dabo at all, but we definitely need to perform better on a bigger stage or I might have to start.

Look at his record dude. Not even comparable. Chizik had Zero to do with that title. it was Mahlzahn and Scam Newton that won it for them.

I agree. I hate losing to the coots heck Im still a little depressed about it. Im proud of our team overall. Yeah we lost to the only solid teams we played but 2 or 3 years ago we couldnt even beat the teams we were supposed to beat. I see improvement overall.

Dabo will never have Clemson anywhere close to a BCS title, and the only reason they have won 10 games 2 years in a row is because of the ACC

So all those 6,7,8 win seasons under Bowden came against awesome ACC teams I guess? You can't have it both ways. Reality check.

But if they change from fluted cups, I assume you'd go along a coaching change, too.

that is, if you're talking about people quitting and wanting people fired and such. But your rant and name calling doesn't impress me all that much. The fact is, there is enough concerned people out there who are weighing in. It is what makes the program great. Without people putting on pressure and expecting excellence, what do you have. A few years ago, these same people - some good and bad - were the ones that acted disgusted with mediocrity, and are part of where we are today. So in trying to remove the real trash, don't make the mistake of signing away those who have legitimate high expectations and want it right.
