Random Myles Garrett/Mason Rudolph question....

Nov 22, 2019, 4:50 PM

Just happened to think of this....

Don’t QBs have receive audio in their helmets from the sidelines?

Assuming so....what would the OC (or whoever speaks into the helmet) be saying during the fight? Did he yell ‘put me down’ or something to Garrett?

Wonder if he heard the conversation leading up to the fight...

Those helmets have some pretty handy engineering that cuts the audio in to the helmet at a certain point before the play begins. I would assume they also cut the audio feed out of the helmet too.

No. There is no audio that picks up other players comments.

have developed a inside the helmet chip that reads the brainwaves of the opposing player.

There's not a reasonable person in sports who believes Garrett was reacting to a racial slur

Nov 22, 2019, 8:36 PM

No one can corroborate his story, and he didn't even say anything until he was trying to save his career. It's a Jussie Smollett move.

Mason Rudolph should be held more accountable b/c he clearly was trying to take Myles helmet off first, and he kicked Myles in the nads before Myles tried to rip his head off.

So what if he did use a racial slur? Nobody in their right

mind could claim that's justification for bashing somebody in the head with what amounts to a deadly weapon. Not even close. It doesn't even remotely justify a physical assault of any kind. It's wrong, and there is no place for racial slurs in sports, but it's a piss-poor excuse for what he did, if that's what he's claiming.

A simple I was very wrong and I’m sorry would have gone a long way to put all of this behind them. This excuse making is juvenile and only highlights their bad behavior. Some people don’t know when to shut up.
