I think App gives them a good game, but the home crowd gives them a boost to hold on for the win. Would love to see AppSt prove me wrong though.

I think App gives them a good game, but the home crowd throws enough trash on the field to give them a boost to hold on for the win. Would love to see AppSt prove me wrong though.

No. Brian Edwards will pick up where he left off last week. App St defense has no answer for him. Plus I’ll be surprised if App St will be able to run the ball consistently against the door Dline

After watching App St. Lose and looked horrible. I say no , I'm hoping they have a Jekyll and Hyde team. Hoping they win nothing better than seeing gameclucks lose a FB game.

I think App State is way better than Georgia Southern! I think App got caught looking ahead to Sow-ki-lina.
A more determined and re-focused App is going to give the Gamecocks trouble.
I think it's a pick'em game. I wouldn't come straight out and say they beat App! Or App will just waltz in there and beat them.
Should be a good game.

On a rainy, windy and cold night in Boone (temperatures in the 20's), App State struggled to defend Georgia Southern's triple-option offense.
In addition, App State couldn't get their own offense on track. Entering the game, they had the country's ninth-highest scoring offense averaging 41 points per game, but struggled to get any momentum going for the first three quarters other than one long TD drive late in the first half.
This is a game App State can absolutely win and they know it, but they will have to play better along both lines.

Texas A&M, they will get curb stomped. And we all know the coots play up or down to their opponent. They could very easily get beat.

I don't know guy. Carolina's defense sucks. They can't stop the run or pass well. Carolina's running game is weak as well. I give App State a puncher's chance on this one. This game can swing either way which is a big statement on how good Carolina isn't.

We actually need USC to beat every team they face before playing us the last game of the year. It will help with our weak schedule this year because of the conference being down.

After living in Boone for the last 15 years I can tell you this.
GA Southern is always a closer game because of the rivalry. People here sweat GA Southern more than any other game on the schedule because anything can happen.
That being said, they will be ready to play USuC. If Apps QB is making his throws and his receivers are catching them it should be a good night.

Simply because every team I have counted on this year has let me down.
Except our Tigers.
I've put all my faith in them.
None left for the Cavaliers or Tarheels to make the ACCCG worthwhile, the Deacs to survive the Hokies, A&M to get ranked, or Auburn to upset Bama. None.
I do think App St got a boost vs. the Heels from Drinkwitz' past experience against them. So I think they have been overachieving so far this year. But they should have a real chance. With Dowdle and Feaster both out, we should hope that Appy can keep the Chicken offense from being very productive.

Neither result would surprise me. But the poultry does not typically beat a decent team, and of course the Mountaineeers beat their betters at a UNC's home. I really think there will be inconsistencies in the poultry's game that won't show up in App's, even though they play in a (nominally) weaker schedule.
