i stand by Dabo's decision to name Cole the starter, but after Deshaun comes in and gives us a TD we take him back out. He doesnt come in until it was too late. I'm confused as why Morris didn't take any shots down field? The defense could have been better, but of course when our D stays on the field for majority of the time, they are going to get tired. Our offense didn't even give us a chance in the second half! Any thing anyone wanna add?

As a Uga fan after DW came in, I thought to myself, we are screwed because this kid is about to become a Clemson legend at our expense. I thought at that point Cole had become your 2nd string QB. Mind boggling you didn't stay with DW. That missed FG was huge, think it swung momentum quite a bit. I guess, I will see you next decade. Wonder if my Tiger pulse will go down?

That's kinda what I was thinking? I'm confused as to why we didn't give Deshaun another shot, after he came in and did what he did. I'm just at a loss for words.

Watson is the best QB on the roster, there is no doubt about that. His upside is Heisman candidate material. If his RS is going to get burned, play him. Else it is a waste of a phenom's year. Watson has a ceiling twice that of Stoudt, simple.

Pretty much sums it up in my view but I would like to ask is did we throw to Leggett? He needs touches with his athletic ability plain and simple.

Downfield "shots" as you call them, need time to develop. They are longer routes.

A) we had no running game to keep GA honest. This is very important to a downfield passing game.

B) our depth on the OL killed us in the 2nd half. No time for those routes to develop and they were not there.

i would much rather have a quarterback throw the ball down field and try to make something happen, than us stand in the pocket and wait to be sacked. That's why i called them "down field shots". I'm just saying throwing a pass for at least 10 yards. We settled for the screen like Sammy was still on the perimeter. We "tried" to run the ball like Gurley played for us. We need to fix things and FAST!
