Question for the Board

Their are a few games I will be unable to attend this football season. Appalachian State game will be one. I have Lot 1 parking and (2) tickets Top Deck North, 45 yd line, Row F (6 rows up) by the portal. These are good seats I think. I want to sell them but have no idea how much to ask for them. Not looking to get rich but want to charge a fair price. Been a Iptay member since 1976 and have never sold my tickets. Any suggestions would be appreciated

The handful of time I’ve had to sell mine, I usually check the aftermarket sites to see what tickets around me are going for and then charge a few dollars less to A) make sure they sell, 2) the buyer feels like they got a deal and I feel like I got close to fair market value, Tres) you should just give them to Beefsteak® unless he already has tickets
