Cade is the starting QB next year. With three home games, I want to see him get more playing time. Tell the QB room up front, “DJ is the starter but Case is getting every third series .” Clemson Football has got to be fixed by the opener this fall. The team does not need to start the season with a shaky QB. He needs to get some playing time now.

hes the starting QB next game and if hes not i'm highly dissapointed. We can't i repeat can't lose again, and Cade has already came in and saved us 1 game
I remember when we all wanted Deshaun in so bad. But Dabo kept ol Cole Stoudt in there. Hopefully he's still learning as a coach as i'm sure he his, because you have to learn from the past.

Cade needs to be the starter NOW! DJ has shown repeatedly that while he has good leadership skills he is not a championship wining quarterback when it comes to his mechanics.

This season is gone. Cade needs every snap for the remainder of this season to develop him into a veteran starter for next year. Dabo squandered this season. I hope he does not squander the next season. Make the change now and build for next year.

He should have started the second half. Putting him in backed up in terrible field position was a huge mistake.

I don’t know if it was mentioned on tv but, Clemson had favorable wind conditions during the first and third quarters. The wind was brutal. At half time, it was very obvious that Clemson needed to do something drastic to change the momentum in the game. I could not believe that DJ started the second half and that the switch was made with the drive starting inside the ten. To me, that was the worse coaching decision of the night.

I think the QB issues are 99% coaching and scheme. If DJ played for UGA or Oregon or Ole Miss people would be talking about him being the first QB off the board in April’s NFL draft.

DJ would be good at GA and terrible at Oregon and Ole Miss. The last two teams require the Qb to make decisions. You may get to see a DJ Oregon experience next year after he transfers. The best teams for him to go to would be Pitt, ND or Illinois scheme wise.

Bingo. People are so quick to bash DJ. This coaching staff has given him nothing to work with. WR are terrible. Our best WR is a freshman that Clemson was not even going to offer until that other WR committed to UNC. If Streeter had any OC potential this team could of went undefeated with DJ. For Christ sake we made the playoff with Kelly Bryant. When we had competent play calling on offense.
