It’s not gibberish…just a 30,000 foot view of the offensive production with either guy in there. You can draw your own conclusions.
Mine are…small sample size with TP but a clear trend. He is clearly better than DJ when he has played. The question mark is, because small sample size, can he overcome defensive adjustments. He hasn’t proven that one way or another.

Taisun has barely seen the field, so difficult to compare. During the UConn game, TP looked good on his TD drive. I hate that he got hurt and was unable to return to the game. I have my fingers crossed that Taisun is well enough to to play some Sat against Wake. Also hoping that DJ’s knee is better.

Number five even though very inconsistent and not improving is our best shot to win a game. Number seven has not had the opportunity which is not his fault at all. He brings a whole different dynamic to the game for sure but I’m not sure how consistent he can be either. We just have to grind through these last few games and hope that CADE comes in and can run the show next year. It is still perplexing on how number five has regressed SIGNIFICANTLY and there’s no excuse for that as far as a coaching standpoint is concerned. That falls all on our coaches.

If # 5 is our best chance to win a game, I'd say we are 50/50 best case scenario in the last two games. Wake can score, but they give up a lot of points, and the coots really don't have much of an offense ,but did score 40 on the Gators while giving up only 17. But please ,lets not pin our hopes entirely on Cade. Cade won't call the plays. And that, IMO, is where the problem is.

Your points per drive does not take into account the points DJ has given up at QB.

I would first like to say that TP looked great Saturday in his drive and I wish he could have stayed healthy to allow DJ to get the rest he probably needed.
It's definitely the best I have seen TP move since he tore his Achilles and his pass down the sidelines was probably the best throw I've ever seen him make.
Beyond that, you are missing a lot of context in this statistical analysis.
How does DJ only get 17 net points vs FSU? We scored 30 and only 6 were scored by the defense. We also missed 3 FGs (2 under 40 yards) which would have improved DJ's numbers.
TP's 2 drives that got 3 points vs Pitt totaled about 25 yards, so not exactly an endorsement for his performance.
TP had a decent drive vs Lou but it stalled when they adjusted to him running and he couldn't pass to beat them.
This doesn't even take into account the lost points with DJ on the field due to drops. Even if you only take into account the drops that happened either in the red zone and left us without a FG or with a free walk to the end zone for the target, you are adding a lot of points to DJ's side of the discussion.

It’s a look at the offensive production as a whole when each QB has played. It is intentionally missing all context. When you are this bad, sometimes a 30,000 ft view of what has happened so far can be helpful.
FSU:30-6(defense)-7(fumble TD)=17
The other things you mentioned are context you can add on after the fact to adjust the numbers based on your interpretation. I don’t consider WR drops a variable, this is a look at the offense as a whole when each guy is in there, not a QB performance comparison.
For the FGs you mentioned, you could also argue that the offense doesn’t deserve 7 for the fake FG or 3 for red zone 3 and out last week. So there’s give and take that could be included if you go down that road.
The two major variables that are just assumed away are kicking performance (expected percentage based on distance) and starting field position. I don’t really feel like compiling that data and it would make it too convoluted, even if more accurate.
