Now do the first 4 games of each of those seasons.
Teams play a heck of a lot more games in a season than they did prior to 2005 or even 2014.
This isn’t about end of year results or total wins. It’s about trajectory of a program.

If that happens, CV should transfer. He has worked and waited for his turn just like Cade did behind DJU. Dabo plans these guys college careers before they ever get on campus and it is part of their recruiting pitch. Unfortunately, he sticks to that plan even when one (or now two) of them don’t play up to expectations.

I am not saying Dabo needs to go but he does need to adapt. You can throw out anything before 2021 at this point.
We have to view this from the lense of how have we done in the NIL era. I hate it, but the days of promising recruits that we are not going to bring in someone from the portal to replace them are over.

2015-2020 results won’t happen again without embracing the portal and getting elite players. This will be our third consecutive 4 loss season. It’s trending in the wrong direction. We’ve been told to be patient and trust the process for the last 4 seasons. When does that process start?
