Next home game and see if it makes any difference. Can't hurt. Players might put a little more effort when they have to look at their DC in the face after a bad play rather then him sitting in the booth.

I thought he hated Franklin making him go to the booth at PSU according to their fans. He needs to be down there chewing ###. Like Riley's head coach at TCU was Franklin the brains behind Allen? Dabo fooled again?

position coaches. This means they have no authority, and it also means our same crappy position coaches are failing to teach fundamentals and execution in practice.

I've been saying the same thing for years now but the problem is NOT THE COORDINATORS.

...is the first line supervisors (position coaches). You can have the best CEO (Dabo) and VPs (Coordinators) in the world, but it all comes down to the front-line folks.

This is the glaring issue, that nobody is asking Dabo. Why don't your 2 high paid coordinators get to at least bring in half of their staff. Swinney brings them in a says use these guys. After these 2 coordinator hires no one will come under those guidelines.

Penn state has talent and depth. It’s not all X’s and O’s But the jimmies and the joes! But coaches need to stress fundamentals as well players responsibilities in the defensive packages. Tom Allen’s 40yd dash was recently filmed using time lapse camera! Not exactly ludicrous speed! (Spaceballs movie)
