He did not get the member schools to sign off and so we and the rest of the ACC are no longer bound by GoR after 2026. Exit fees are $140M or less per team. The 2036 date was never in play and was a misrepresentation by ACC leadership to the member schools. WOW. Phillips should be fired immediately if all of this is true. Clemson should now have a path out of the conference if we have a landing spot. All of this sounds interesting but I am waiting to see if this truly plays out this week like they say it will on the podcast. TBD......

They would have been able to leave 2026 regardless!!! But now I'm wonder how many more different times this will be posted tonight!!!!

So sorry that I bored you with my post. I hadn’t seen it posted and did a cursory scan to see if I saw it. I also put a German reference in the post “pre-apologizing” for duplicating. Ya kinda got under my skin a bit tonight but it is what it is , it takes all types I suppose .

I have my doubts it is true. Seems someone came up with it and all the podcasts are pouncing on it for clicks. Hope I am wrong as this would be an easy out if true.
As an aside, how can you guys listen to 30 minutes of droning and commercials to get 90 seconds of info? Blows my mind...

As an aside to your aside, you obviously Assumed ( you know what they say about that?), that the 30 minutes in the link was full of commercials and that dude droned on and on. As Podcasts go , there were almost no commercials he laid out the order and content of the items he would be talking about in the episode and pretty much stuck to it. I DID listen to the whole 39 minutes and other than too many updates o. Where he stood talking about the 4 topics it was well done. Not sure why some just have to snark at people that are taking advantage of the internet to share their thoughts. Oh and “God Forbid” , he is able to make a few bucks doing it!
