Post Neff Basketball Letter

Any ideas when we will see a follow up with a detailed plan around the identification of the improvement opportunities/areas and a move forward plan outlining investment needed and how we get there?
I'm excited about the potential related to this and am ready to understand the plan to move it forward. Trusting that the guys we pay big bucks know the what/when/how.

I'm sure it's in Keller thread, but I'd like to know as well. More details on what we're lacking.

The letter was empty corporate b.s.
No details will be shared with us.
Coach and AD will have their little post season meeting after next season. And barring a monumental collapse, they will say progress is being made and Brad will get a contract extension.
Rinse and repeat.
I think Neff is a really nice guy and he’s smart. But he will be DRad 2.0.

Neff is Brad's boss. If Brad is meeting his goals then he

will be retained.. if he is exceeding his goals he will get a raise.
IF that is unsatisfactory, IPTAY members should call Neff.. not Crump or Brownell. If you are not an IPTAY member...well..i don't know what to tell ya... you get what you pay for. Beggars can't be choosers.

It appears funding for Judge Keller’s social media campaign was reauthorized.

The letter came out two weeks ago so the likelihood the deets are sorted after two weeks are slim and none. My guess is we will see something prior to the start of the season next year.

Well if there were no “deets” yet… Then why did the letter exist?

Was he just guessing that there wasn’t enough support, and then he would look into it later?
Doesn’t seem to add up.

It is the job of the AD to satisfy members of a fan website. He made his decision based on many factors and they are between him Brownell.

It is not the job of the AD. Sorry.

AD’s aren’t going to provide a detailed plan to the fan base. That would be between him, the board and the coach. Not sure why fans think they should be included on plans of the university. If you donate enough money then maybe you are included

I would say fans (or “fan base”…as you say)

are major stakeholders in the program.
If the admin decides to take a “none of your business” approach… You’re right, they are allowed to do that. Probably not the smartest idea, though.

Neff said on wccpfm last week, that the plan was to release the NIL package for student athlete basketball players in the next couple of weeks.

updating the cartoon pictures of the players above each of their lockers.
This didn’t have quite the impact we hoped for this past year, but it’s totally worth trying again. Maybe they can make them animated or something. That would be neat.
