I am not sure this is a very accurate picture of economic freedom.
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, produces an annual index of economic freedom that ranks each country based on the size of government spending, tax burdens, and other factors that affect a company's ability to do business.

I have been to Singapore several times on business. There is a sign in the airport which says the penalty for bring illegal drugs into our country is death. On the whole, it is a remarkable country and somewhere I would gladly visit again.

If the free market reduces the amount of NIL money, it's not going to change athlete movement much, if at all.
It will just reduce the amounts they get when they move.
Regulation? If NIL? It's not going to happen. The NCAA can't restrict business agreements between two other private entities.

Hey just a heads up, the NFL has some strong socialist elements in its structure and operation.
If you wanna be 100% free market, you’re gonna have to disband the NFL, disband the regulated utilities such as Duke and disband the electric cooperatives.
