I went to Clemson for 3.5 years and got sick plus another serious adversity, so I couldn’t finish.

I have taken at least one class from several schools in the past... including USuCk... I refuse to say I am an alumn of that place. (even though it wasn't a bad class)
On the other hand, I was in a class at Coastal Carolina the summer they won the baseball natty... I'll take that one....
I consider myself a true alumn of Clemson (twice) and Convers.

What I always wondered is what do you consider parents when sending your kid to a school and so rooting for their school.
They aren’t a sidewalk fan per se. They also aren’t actually going there, but they are (in theory) helping pay for the kid to go there.

During the spring of 1968 took a Money & Banking course from Howard Payne U while in AF tech school at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo TX. Passed the course and CU accepted the three hours when I enrolled in Aug 1971. About six years ago began receiving solicitations from HPU's athletic booster club and college fund. Couple of years ago someone called to ask if I wanted to be listed the their alumni directory. Explained I only took one course more than 50 years ago. Am amazed how they were able to find my current address after moving to another state. Need to add HPU alum to my resume.

So after freshman year (1968) several friends and I took an English Lit summer class at a branch of usc. In no world or universe are any of us usc alums. And I don't even remember why we did it.
