With a pitch count in the 80s, Knaak should be available for at least a little bit.

This is what I’m thinking.. our schedule lined up that we may bea able to use Knaak.. FSU and UNC didn’t get that luxury..if we can set 3-4 innings out of Knaak Garris can go about the same and Mahlstedt hasn’t thrown since Thursday so he may be good too

Three days rest after throwing around 80 pitches isn’t all that crazy.. and I’m not saying he goes another 80.. maybe around 40 and pull him

Yes do us all a favor and just shut it . You know zero about baseball . You act like Knaak threw 100 pitches or something . In no way does it hurt him to throw an inning or 2 tomorrow if needed. Everyone except Titsworth , and McGovern will be available Tomorrow for an inning or so. By the way , one hell of a win today and outing by McGovern .

Knaak is not pitching. He is in a good groove. The regional is the bigger picture. Bailey, Lugurnic, and others will have to go 1-2 innings each. Garris can close if need be.

don't forget Dvorsky and Wentworth haven't pitched. Wentworth is a long shot because he hasn't pitched in a while. but in a championship game all options need to be on the table.
