passes, no running game. It's barely watchable.

1. We need a change at QB. There are open receivers missed on virtually every pass play.

2. Run Blocking needs to be better and more sustained.

3. Run play design needs to take advantage of misdirection, imbalances and decoys. Not doing that much.

the Rob Spence offense. I remember we would have defenders stacked in the box waiting on the bubble screen, that they knew was coming, and we would still run it anyway. And not every once in while.. every other play. It was almost like we were trying to punt every possession.

I think Rob was on the lake during games and maybe he just gave his assistants the call sheet prior to the game or something. This offense has its dud plays but more times that not he has guys open. I think its the lack of implementation and training in the offseason is what the problem is here. Cade just doesn't react in a timely manner as to where he's supposed to go with the ball once the defense presents their intentions. Some Qbs have those instincts naturally and its easier. Cade doesn't and needed to be drilled over and over. But at this point it is what it is and he's going to have to learn during gametime.
