I can promise you it hasn't changed in 30 years.

That could be a good or bad thing.

I like Capri's in Easley.

It and the one in Greenwood are better than the one in Greenville.

Otherwise, stay away from Silver Bay.

Capris was out favorite when we lived in Easley.

We always ate there whenever we had family or friends visiting .

Capri’s is good I haven’t been since before covid at least so not sure if it’s taken a hit since then. I’m sure like all restaurants they have.

Skins

Joes

The Huddle

Fatz

The best of the place. None of it fancy, this is E-town we’re talking about.

I'm pretty sure all of the Fatz restaurants are now closed...

We like the element. Owned and run by a nice family. Very fairly priced (you won't pay $60 for a bottle of wine you could get for $10 at Total Wine - unlike some nice restaurants)

Not sure why people are hating on Easley. It was a great place to grow up and I always enjoy going back to visit friends and family.

If you want fine dining go to Greenville but there is good food to be had in Easley.

My latest favorites are the Indian fusion place at the Silos and the little donut place at the Silos.

Capris is still good. I like the two taco places out on the bypass near Rock Springs/Walmart. Shucking Shack and Smoking Pig (not open every day) are also really good.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

They do have a Willy Taco now.

Smoking Pig food was great when I was there several weeks ago. Small towns don't usually have up scale food joints on every corner. But, does not mean the food is not good.

If you like wings, there are 2 good places

1

Sep 23, 2024, 9:08 PM

Steddys is not a fancy restaurant at all, but they have absolutely the best wings. I love their sweet red chili.

2 Bros has great pizza and I love their creeper wings.

Merrill’s is a pizza style restaurant with other dishes but I like their pesto pasta with chicken.
