yes I am a homer, however...
Am I the only one that has noticed the leaps that our Defense has taken under BV - not just from season to season but nearly game to game. Expect that 2014 D will be simply outstanding - something familiar to an older fan if you know what I mean.
Now this may cause some rumblings, but I am feeling just as good on offense - not expecting to break records every game, but very solid and effective. CM opens a couple of chapters in his playbook that have been on the shelf - running game plays a bigger part - a true powerspread takes shape. We just got to eliminate the turnovers. Granted, Sammy won't be replaced - but we too deep at WR.
Repeating myself - the player we will miss most in 2014 is Catman.
I don't see a game on the schedule that can't be won and frankly, FSU is the only one that will really get my gut going in.
I am all in.

I don't think there will be that big of a fall off on offense at all. Because Charone Peake will be that #1 wr. this season. Then we got other good wr's coming in this season. So I must disagree with you on this one. I think alot of you will be shocked.

I think the talent pool there is deep...but I don't think you simply replace Sammy. We'd be lucky to get another one like him in the next decade. I think if our starting QB is talented enough to spread the ball and not lock on to any particular WR, we should see multiple guys toting the rock...

Agree completely! Running game and TEs will be more involved. Defense will be great! Control the clock, play defense, ball security! = a lot of wins!

I do think Charone Peake will take his place. So will Artavis Scott play big as a true freshmen I do think so as well. Let not over look Demarre Kitt either. He was the #1 coming out of GA.

Our coaches BEGGED for Battle to win the LT job last year so we could move BT to LG or RT and he still couldn't do it.
Breaking in 2 new offensive tackles will not be fun.
