hiring someone with experience when we hired Dabo.
Chad can't run a program yet. He's still getting the feel of being an OC. He might be a great coach one of these days but he didn't originate the HUNH.

As a side note, I was adamantly opposed to the Dabo hire when Bowden was fired. I wanted Chip Kelley, Gary Patterson or Mike Leach

That aside, I think he is very good coach that would achieve remarkable results at a school with the ability to recruit the kind of talent needed to excel in his system.
