That was a blow for blow battle of defenses. Other than one mistake by DJ and possibly a WR that quit on the route, that game was dead even.
The story line for next week will be how UGA dominated Clemson, but they didn’t score either and didn’t come close.
We will correct issues and get another look at one of these guys. Between now and then we can only hope Elliot can correct some issues.

what makes this loss discouraging is our O-line is absolutely terrible and likely not fixable. This means our streak of reaching the CFP is likely over.
Still gotta play out the season though and anything can happen. Hopefully we can win out and Ohio State and OU both lose a game.

Trotter was out. He is an every down offensive line player. Tyler Davis was out too but that didn't stop our d from crushing this game. Clemson held the big bad wolf to an offensively tied game! We win out we are in like sin. If that game was played 10 times as if it was the first one everytime then it's a coin toss. We picked up a fumble that was called false start after play was over. DJ threw a tossup for a pick six. He will settle in, mind everyone he is still only 3 starts in, and be a firecracker. When the playoff committee looks at this game they will see a first game without an offensive td from anyone and 1 bad play that put ga in the lead. We are gold! I know it sucks, I'm hurting, my daddy's hurting but them guys played their tails off and that game showed our defense is very ### deep and extremely good! Our offense will get there! God bless our team and nothing but sun here on out. By the way, by tickets to the cfp if u wanna see Clemson play a bowl game!

but the game was an accumulation of TONS of mistakes by both sides. I guarantee Kirby is almost as mad as we are that his O couldn’t score a TD either. Our ground game afforded zero latitude for other offensive weapons to emerge, save perhaps QB runs, which were underutilized. 2 rush yds is almost unheard of.

Agree, the offense got humbled. Probably a good thing in the long run for this season. Get better every week and hey you might see Georgia again in the CFP with neutral officials if they make it.

I agree, but our Offensive Line is the Worst of all the usual Playoff teams, in the country.
Clemson has to do a better job of attracting better Offensive Lineman. This has been going on too long now and is a glaring issue, at this point.

You are exactly right. On some of those sacks DJ probably should have thrown it away, as our receivers were not open. The offense has a long way to though, as we were just not in sync. I’m not blaming Elliott, but this was not one of his better called games.

I have no doubt that this team will improve and probably win the ACC again.

I also have no doubt that we will fold like a cheap suit against an elite team in the playoffs (again, just like we have each of the last two years).
There is no way we are close to Alabama or probably a couple of other teams this year.

The defense is absolutely elite this year.
That was essentially a playoff game, that we lost by 1 turnover. Not what I’d call folding like a cheap suit.

loss, and probably not even move down the rankings much. Butt, we don't have that trump card.
Now, even if we run the table, we won't have that fairly strong out of conference win that we have enjoyed in most recent years.
We can still make the playoffs by winning out. Butt, anyone who thinks we DON'T have to win out to have a shot, is truly deluding themselves.
At least the team knows already, beyond any shadow of a doubt, they must win every game from now on. I don't think getting up for any future opponents will be an issue.

It’s not time to panic. Georgia is a legitimate contender and their defense will make them a tough out for anybody. It’s certainly disappointing to lose but I saw more to like than I saw in the OSU game to end last season. Dabo better find some O linemen.
