funniest dorm story

D-6(65-66).we had a mooch on the hall who was always taking free cigarettes,chewing gum,etc.one of the victims took it upon himself to cure the freeloader once and for all.he got hold of some phenamint laxative gum and put it in a chiclets pack.sure enough said mooch came in and helped himself.while he was doing this,another guy(not a mooch)came into the room and casually took a few of the phenamints as well.all of us who knew about the joke couldn't warn him,because it would have spoiled the plan.now the directions for the phenamint stated that you should only chew the gum for a short time,but we let it continue for a good while.needless to say the intended victim and the innocent spent the next day running out of various classes.we still laugh out loud about that one,even the two phenamint guys,and believe it or not,we're all still friends.wouldn't trade those dorm memories for anything.if I posted all of the funny stuff that went on in the tin cans,i could probably write a book.some ambitious person should put together a compilation.

C-4, sometime around 89, I had two pot-heads that lived next door to me. Nice enough guys, but definitely major pot-heads. One day while doing laundry, I found a pair of panties in my washer. I don't know if a girl put them in there by accident, or they were already in there when I put my clothes in, or what. It occurred to me that there was a guy on the hall that had always wanted to make Ex-Lax brownies - "just for fun." I told him my idea. He would make the brownies, we had a girl write a note to the pot-heads saying "Thanks for the great time the other night. Here's a little present for you and something to remember me by." We put the brownies outside their dorm door and taped the note and the panties to the door. I went off to my early classes.
I came back later and, walking by the bathroom, heard this awful moaning from there. I knew who it was. Later they asked me if I saw a girl come by and leave the "presents." I could honestly say "Nope, haven't seen any girls come by."
Johnstone was made for practical jokes!

The Rifle boys to men lived on C4. There were 55 gallon trash metal drums in the corner of C4 looking down the long hallway from D4. Damo lit the trash cans on fire. When Rifle boys came out to put fire out Damo shot bottle rockets down the hallway of D4 at them. Live fire. We laughed and laughed. Damo didn't last long at Clemson.

I was living off campus but decided to go to the Scott dorms to see my buddy "the ginger avenger" before going to the local bar. Seeing as both of us where low on funds and couldn't afford thirsty Thursdays we decided to get obliterated on left over ever clear and beer before going to pick up some ladies at the bar... 2 hours of drinking later and we decided screw the bar lets steal the halls plungers and glue them to anything that would accept it. About 12 member jokes and 10 plungers later someone called the cops while I was climbing the clock tower and Matt was holding the other 2 plungers cops came and only saw Matt and as WCU has a hollow clock tower I was hiding inside while Matt got a drunk and disorderly ticket and a ride to the campus police station. Some how this got on social media and I still get called plunger man/dude on occasion.
