Look, I'm not for firing him at this juncture either, but no one can honestly say that those who DO want him fired are saying that b/c of one bad season. Every single person on this board knows that's not true. They've been telling us for several years that the trajectory is downward, warning us of where we're going, and THEN, when the proverbial stuff finally hits the fan, we tell them they're complaining about one bad year? That's not the case.

Yall have lost touch with reality. Remember when clemson went 20 years without an acc championship? I do, I also remember after his only loosing season he made massive changes that put us on the map again eventually leading to 2 nattys and four chances to win it. The man is human, he makes mistakes, but he learns from them just like all of us. If its like this at this time next year, maybe...right now tho, its a bit to early to send the best coach clemson has ever had because of a bad season. Give him a chance to make the corrections and improve. Fire Riley, fire Conn, and give the new defensive coordinator time to instill his vision and see how it goes. Dont just write off dabo like almost all of you wanted to after that WVU loss. Look what happened after that. 🤷♂️

The only thing wrong with our coaching is they are paid too much. Put that money on the field and buy some proven veterans. Give me the highest player payroll in the country and me and the guy who mows the grass can coach them to 9 wins. Time to completely restructure the program if you want wins. No more study hall help and putt putt. No more feel-good walk-on stories for the paper. Just a lean efficient staff geared toward the all-free-agent roster system CFB has created. If you don't want this, then accept that this is the best we are going to do. The fried chicken and beer still tastes great and tailgating is still fun.

I totally agree. Keep Dabo if he has the guts to do this but Conn is a total suck as a coach. All he is is a hanger on and kiss ### for a gravy train

if you have faith in DABO to make any sound coaching decision still, then bless your heart . He has completely lost touch long ago and will never fire Conn. Dabo himself let the talent get this bad and he is the number one reason we are this soft and terrible.
