As I recall.... he won the ACC championship with 'that other' coaches players.

Weston played second and we had one of the worst defenses in the acc. That was the weakness of the team last year.

Oh yeah. He's a great Coach. Tried to tell people when everyone was talking about post season, winning it all etc that we were a long way off... you had to look at the schedule and see we were playing the bottom teams.
I wish I had been wrong but. You can toss a hanging breaker with lesser hitters and get away with it. Or blow the fastball by em but not w elite teams.

I still very much believe in Monte Lee. The much better competition has found the weaknesses in our team. Our bullpen is struggling as we face tournament level competition. They have to improve before the ACC and NCAA tournaments. How do we get better in years to come? Go out and recruit better players. We know Lee can do that.
