They have elite Speed at the W. Receiver position and their Return Game. Barion Brown has Jacoby Ford/ Spiller type Speed. Great Kickoffs for us will Negate some of that!

I’ll bet there is not a dimes worth of difference between LSU’s overall speed and ours. Being where you are supposed to be is just as, or more important than speed. We are plenty fast.

I Never Compared Their Team Speed to Ours. LSU has been practicing an array of Screen Plays, Misdirection,reverses, and Direct Snaps to the upback. As their Beat Writer said, "They Want to Get Their Playmakers in Space, With Room To Roam."

Yes, if LSU loses. All the resources they have and Brian Kelly opens the season with you. If he loses that one that makes all five season openers he has had at LSU will be all losses. They're regarded as a fourth, fifth or sixth place SEC team.

According to the new ea college football game (I know), it has them as a top tier team with the fastest wr room, backs, and corners are faster than ours.
Kicking out of the end zone, d line pressure, and home field can negate some of that hopefully…

was 1998. It's a good thing y'all went out and snatched Texas, they're the only SEC team that finished in the Top 5 last year. And Bama and Georgia were awful tired from carrying the conference for so long, time for somebody else to step up.

If they resort to " gimmicky " plays to take advantage of their perceived advantage in speed they are already conceding defeat.Imo
Teams do this when they are disadvantaged head to head.

Don’t be foolish enough to think they are disadvantaged. They are loaded with 5 star talent thanks to great recruiting and the portal. They see our lack of speed and depth at LB as a matchup they can dominate and I agree . Can you picture Woodaz in space against a speedy back ? You are acting like our defense was good last year ? Fact is we were lit up in our last game against a Texas team with speed and LSU is faster probably than Texas . Unless the DLine shows something it didn’t all year the LSU will gut them for 500 yards like Texas did.
