Coaches' salaries are greatly inflated. That's where the NIL money should come from. Wise ole, Frank Howard said he didn't want to be paid more than the school president.

Howard didn't need the school's money. He recieved millions from endorsements like Keenans' World of Van Customizing.

NIL money can't come from the university.

The university will have a hard salary cap. NIL money has to come from outside sources and is over and above the salary cap.
