I agree! They probably won't drop far enough for us to overtake them, but it is not a certainty the OB would have to take them anyway ( I think I am right) as they have some leeway, and we certainly would put a lot more butts in the seats than GT would.

They may not win the next game. They have dabbled on the edge of loss all year. With winston being such a thug and Jimbo such an enabler, it would suit me just fine if they lost the game against GT. If however GT really got stomped in the ACC Championship game, we still could get consideration of being chosen for the OB, if GT dropped below us in polls. I may be wrong, but stranger things have happened in this FB season, and we definitely would put more butts in the seats than GT.

For us to go to OB we need to be ranked better than GT. GT would need to lose their QB and get throttled.
Then they might drop below uga and Clemson.
But that won't happen...see you in Orlando.

The rankings will probably stay the same. FSU may jump TCU.
Also the only teams in between GaTech and us that play is Wisconsin and Mizzou. If both lose we can move up to 16, and if GaTech gets destroyed by FSU, I think it's possible they fall to 16 and we go 15.
But probably we would be 16, UGA, 15, and GaTech 14 bc if the head to head games.
