A couple of recomendations:

- Use a good roster set with real names
- Outlaw the use of Clemson
- Maybe even restrict it to only using 4 star teams
- Use custom conferences to put everyone in one leage

I would say take Clemson out and create a conference with everybody In same conference. Also I would love to join. But how much time would I need to allot for this?
