I already do the 4x10 schedule. My take is it depends on your commute. I have a 54 mile, hour plus commute. Makes for really long days M - Th. I'm up at 5 and home at 7:30. Add in a couple of workouts a week at the gym and I'm home at 9:15 and in bed at 10. A shorted commute would make this bearable, but it is tough with a long commute.

Fridays end up getting filled with the crap you can't do M - Th.

switch to 6-5 or even 630-530, 4 days, i would gladly. Getting home much later than that cuts into the daily time with the kids that is so important in their growth.

Would be kind of nice to have 3 day weekends though.
