And that is exactly why it's horrendous. The orange lids on the white tops and bottoms is immaculate, second only to white top orange britches.

A white Clemson helmet would look good if given proper attention.
That all white look would look crisp. All they'd need to do is make sure to add some purple trim

1991 vs NC State. I was a Freshman in High School. State was 5-0 coming into Death Valley. I’m pretty sure we were 3-2 at the time. Clemson did pregame in the basic orange top white pants. Team comes to Top of the Hill and BOOM!!! They got them Beautiful Purple Tops on. I’ll NEVER forget that!! FINAL SCORE!! Tigers-29 Pack-19
