Fed Reserve Guv for ATL district committed mortgage fraud -is she above the law?

Is she (Lisa Cook) above the law by virtue of being the first black woman governor of a Federal Reserve district?
Ms. Cook committed mortgage fraud back in 2022 (in the near time frame for when Joe Biden appointed her to the position of Federal Reserve Governor for the Atlanta district). She bought a property in Michigan that, on her mortgage applications, certified on her loan application that the MI property as her primary residence. Within about ~2 months of buying her MI ‘primary residence’ property, she had also purchased a property in Georgia, in which she also certified on her loan application that the GA property was to be her primary residence.
This is what we get for using DEI as a criterion by politicians when selecting high level federal employees.

For that matter, the DEI Attorney General of NY State, Letitia James (the first black woman AG for NY State), committed the same kind of mortgage fraud as Lisa Cook. Is Ms.James above the law?
Let’s not forget, former Democrat Party leader of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff, also committed this same type of mortgage fraud. Is Mr. Schiff above the law?

I don't think this is a DEI issue as much as its just being a crook issue. People try to lie on their mortgage applications about this issue all the time to get better rates and a lower down payment but you'd expect someone in her position to behave differently. At least she didnt claim her dad was her husband on her applications like Leticia James. That's one you don't hear every day.

You said she committed mortgage fraud...as a definitive statement. The truth is you don't know at all if she did. I believe the correct wording should be "she is accused of committing mortgage fraud" or "she may have committed mortgage fraud."
The mortgage contracts have a clause where the borrower can alert the lender if something changes...like primary residence, etc... Do you know for sure the lender wasn't notified and/or didn't give agreement on one of those loans? I sure don't.
For sure she shouldn't be above the law any more than she deserves to be considered innocent until proven guilty.
And before I type this next part, let me be clear...if she broke the law or didn't live up to the terms of the contract then she should have to deal with that like any other person would.
I find it REALLY funny that folks like yourself get worked up about stuff like this and I KNOW you defended Trump's actions in NY and thought he shouldn't have been prosecuted and he was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records and it's all political prosecution to you. But this lady may have violated the terms of a mortgage by it not being her primary residence and she should immediately resign her position. You're an eff'ing hypocrite of the worst kind!

She never defended the mortgage fraud allegations against her.
I am not aware where Ms.Cook’s lender said that they were alerted by Ms. Cook to the errant mortgage application statements by Ms. Cook. If indeed Ms. Cook had proactively alerted her lender of the mistake … as opposed to getting caught first and THEN fessing up to the ‘mistake’ … then she’d have an argument.
Yet, Ms. Cook didn’t even attempt to go that route. She has gone the full Monty legal route.
Remember, the Fed Governors are supposed to be people of high integrity. If she didn’t do that of which documentary evidence proves that she did, then she would have taken the expedient path to clear her name.
Good old common sense dictates that Ms. Cook would not want all of this negative publicity. Had the powerfully documented allegations against her been false, she could have easily scored a big victory for both herself and against Trump by just coming out with the evidence that disproved ‘the smear that razzizt MAGAts perpetrated against her.
Instead, here we are.

Trump is blatantly guilty of multiple crimes and offenses and you defend him relentlessly, claiming he's a victim of a Dem witch hunt.
But if Mango Mussolini claims someone committed a crime, you immediately believe it.
You have no character nor any integrity, RTD.
