Miami had to usher recruits away from Clemson sideline

before the game. LOL They hosted a lot of recruits and the kids were more interested in Clemson even before the game started:
"Miami officially hosted a dozen or so recruits Clemson is also pursuing. At one point during pregame warmups, Miami staffers had to usher a group of curious recruits away from the Tigers’ side of the field.
A 58-0 victory over Miami will resonate throughout talent-rich Florida, home of 11 Clemson players active for Saturday’s game, including McKensie Alexander, Jayron Kearse, Jordan Leggett, Ray-Ray McCloud, Artavis Scott and Richard Yeargin.
“This is a big area for us moving forward,” Jeff Scott, Clemson’s offensive co-coordinator and former recruiting coordinator, said of south Florida. “We have a lot of juniors that we’re recruiting in this area. I think that Tiger paw is looking better and better every time we come down here and have success.”
An authentic “buy in” vibe has its benefits. By the time Saturday’s game was over, there might have been more Clemson fans in the stands than Miami fans, and more Clemson recruits than Miami recruits on the Hurricanes sideline."

How involved will Elliot/Scott stay in recruiting with their increased coordinator responsibilities?

I've heard Dabo say that neither OC will be recruiting less than they did before hand. He said he made that clear before the hire. Btw, Venables is another coordinator that has been a great recruiter for our team. He's pulled in some monsters on D.

You would have to be crazy to not want to come and play for BV. I mean if these kids go elsewhere they do, but what he has done is amazing. If he can somehow pull Gary, and Lawrence it would be amazing, but I seriously doubt he can pull Gary away from Michigan. He has too many friends from High School there already. Lawerence could be a fit, but Id love to get him and Manuel from IMG, but I think he is going to LSU.

Lets see how the rest of the season plays out. Win it all, and the bad thing then will be having to possibly turn some of them away. That wouldn't be good in having to do that. We just need to stay focused on one game at a time.
