Going to apply for season tickets for the first time this year. I’m a champion level donor looking to get 4 season tickets total. When the application opens, do you pay your seat equity through that? Or do you only get seats through total amount of money donated for the year? For example, I’ve donated $1,000 for I’d be eligible for 2 seats at the tangerine level ($450 each) or 4 seats at the red level ($250 each). Am I doing this right? Any info helps, thanks in advance.

You will probably be looking at four upper deck tickets that will have a seat equity value that is less than what you donated to IPTAY. You are forgetting about priority points which determines the pecking order within IPTAY levels.

You’re looking at nose bleed section. You also have to factor in seniority and equity and the formula is hidden underneath the liberty bell somewhere. Next to the national book of secrets. You’re gonna have to buy seats for a lot of years before you sniff anything decent. Your children have a good shot at great seats.

We sold our tickets for decades and bought better. It’s a process. Start your children as members right away.

truth: you will be high in top deck (probably north ) in $125 pink seats. Unless you have connections with IPTAY and can good ole boy it.


ive been in iptay for over 20 years.. champion the last 10. BEST i have been able to do is TWO seats in top deck north section O.

Parking is 90% how much you give to IPTAY and 10% how many points you have. Throw money at it and you can buy a great parking spot. Maybe it doesn’t work that way for tickets?

It doesn’t. Tickets are an entirely different animal. Remember parking is assigned annually and a person can be bumped. I upped my IPTAY level last year to prevent myself from being bumped out of my lot. A person cannot be bumped from their seats as long as their IPTAY donation covers their seat equity.
