Joking aside, I remember the years where Dabo made BV sit out some DL and didn't allow them to blitz to build confindence for our OL in spring ball. I'll never forget in TLs first spring with KB and the kid that went to northwestern where it was live on the QB in the spring. The play of both sides in the trenches is mind boggling. How you can return all of those starters and regress like they have.

Explain how our S&C is leading to any more injuries than everyone else.

When I posted about Cade, he was the reason for our first 3 losses. Try to keep up. And again, if Cade played to his potential we would have been 5-1 or 6-0 entering the SMU game, where the defense fell apart. That’s stands 100% true.

I never said it was causing more injuries. Try to keep up Skippy. You said there was no way S&C could be the reason for more injuries. That’s just not true. It’s changed a ton over the years. I’m heavily involved in fitness. Lifting, biking,etc. Competed a couple times. Played fb through hs. Wasn’t nearly good enough to play college. I know my limitations well. Nope. Couldn’t make it through Fords practices back then. Mentally I could now, but at 51 the metrics wouldn’t be there.

I have no idea how we would do against one another in the gym. I don’t know you. But I can tell You I have 20 year olds ask my routine and diet at the gym.
