Can't wait to see it swaying back & forth when they sing their pre- 4th quarter song. Hope the top doesn't snap off.

Despite the triple stack on that one side, the renderings of what they want to do look pretty sweet. I could see Clemson building something similar to eventually replace the McFadden Building along the north side of the stadium (it looks like they are going after a giant West Zone type complex on one side of the stadium). Ground level would still provide parking (possibly worth even more since it would be covered?). AD offices would be above that.
I could then see the old McFadden building being renovated or rebuilt to be a super fancy non-revenue sport training/club house facility. Heck, if they go the rebuild route, they could put a 50m pool in the bottom level and bring back the swim team...lol.
Another option would be that Clemson builds a new Student Recreation Center in the place of McFadden and the AD renovates/rebuilds Fike for the non-revenue sport facility.
Just bouncing crazy ideas out there. Definitely need to address Littlejohn first.

they've had years of practice at Willy-B with all those circular ramps and stuff. That's why it so confuciusing to go to a ball game there...you're trying to climb, while it looks like they're going down. About halfway up, you realize you're still looking at the same people!
