The HBC...
He was just getting gas next to us and I noticed him. I said "SPURRIER!" and shook his hand, yelled at my friends to grab the camera.
He was like a cat clawing to get away. He said, "Okay Guys, 1.2.3.Go"
Then said, I shouldn't do this the way ya'll booed me last night. I told him that we love him with the Dr. Pepper guy though.
He also said "Congratulations to Clemson nation on a great game and a great win"
I'm the one in the back with the orange hat holding Spurrier still place.

HA! I wish we could have thought that fast. The whole thing was surreal - we are still floating on the victory, being there and then to pull up next to the Head Ball Sack - what a perfect way to cap off the trip, would have rather run into Dabo though, but still.

HAHA - We actually snapped about 10 rapidly. That was just the last one taken that my friend texted over to my phone.
I was thrilled but his discomfort emanated like a force field. X-Gamecock coach suddenly accosted by rabid Clemson fans the night after being booed.
I honestly felt terrible for him getting booed at the game. Like him or not, the man is a legend and great at what he does. His sense of humor is classic and he was a good sport during our assault on him.
