We are getting in some serious athletes but the process of building a champion caliber team is about these things working in offseason, nutrition, weight training, when to sleep and how long, etc etc it’s nice to know we are working on the details and I think that’s part of what keeps us consistently at the top now.

That's pretty impressive.
Expect some good things from him when he hits the field.

Can't tell if it's 4- 45's or 5- 45's each side but i think 4 and then a 25lb. Then the bar is 45 so based on what i think i saw its either 455 or 545. Both are good but if its 545 that is stout!

Just think... Saquon Barkley was taking 495lbs all the way to the floor and up for 7 reps.
Tree trunks.

Was Logan able to get a medical hardship waiver last season? I don’t remember reading that. So he’s a sophomore now, no?
But to answer your question, Barkley tied a school record with a 390-pound power clean & maxed on the squat rack at 600 pounds as a sophomore. By his junior year, he was squatting 525 for 5 and cleaning 405. That’s freakish strength, especially for a running back that only weighs 230lb and runs a 4.40.

Thanks. Always so confusing with these situations. He played in 3 games, so that new redshirt policy must have already gone into effect. Previously, he would have had to apply for a medical hardship waiver to retain that year of eligibility.

1) Not bad for the little bro of a QB, 2) Love to see Austin Bryant leading and pumping him up, 2) Glad he's not wearing those nut-hugger wood-choppin' shorts!
Go Tigers!

This is where I think Dabo feels he can exceed expectations with 3* ‘s. You can teach the x and o’s as long as they’re the right fit and character to put in the work to get there.

This isn’t a Clemson thing, it’s a weightlifting thing in general.
But what’s the point of lifting a heavier weight if you’re not even going to come close to proper squat depth?
I’ll never understand.

You do many reps for stamina! You do heavy reps So you can rip a coots head off at the line of scrimmage and steamroll them into the backfield so you can go and rip the cheesy little coot quarterbacks head off!

There's a reason he moved up to 2nd string before his injury. This kid is going to be like the other 2-3 star DE's that ends up doing big things. I'll never doubt Dabo in recruiting, he recruits certain guys for a reason regardless of ratings. Players that are coachable and put in the work goes a long ways!
