blueprint is THE new paradigm for college football coaching. Bear Bryant, Bobby Bowden, Steve Spurrier, Nick Saban, and a few others have all had their day. Their respective blueprints ruled at particular times, and were copied, emulated, and tweaked as the standard for a successful, winning, sustainable college football program; but they have had their day and have faded or are in the process of fading into history. Now, none other than Dabo Swinney owns that blueprint; he designed it and copyrighted it; and he is taking his place among the greats.
I think Chad will do a great job at Arky; his offensive mind combined with what he learned under Dabo about program building, will serve him well. He's a smart guy. He'll get the most out of his guys there.

hired him for more than just his offensive mind... b/c of his priorities and belief in investing in people, which fit the culture Dabo was creating.
Looking forward to seeing him turn things around in Fayetteville.

Pruitt just hired at tn. Saban and Smart in the playoffs. I don’t think Saban’s process is dead yet.

Arkansas can come up with enough money to do what ever Chad wants. Of course now that chad has loaded the wagon he's going to have to tow the load. Otherwise they'll send him back to the minor leagues.
