in this day and age, with so much information readily available, it's a full time job.

If Clemson doesn't use the portal to someone's liking, that decision is 100% Coach Swinney.

suggestion and I doubt Jeff Scott would want to be. It's an administrative job, one a new guy gets and praises the good lowered when they get to pass it on, just as Jeff did when he gave it to Brandon Streeter.

I would much rather Coach Scott and his experience be focused on a coaching role & game planning. He will always be involved in recruiting if he's on staff as everyone that can be will be.

nothing wrong with feelings.

There are some folks that like to blame Coach Pearman for the limited portal players that have transferred into Clemson.

Dabo is 100% responsible for deciding the level of the portal's use. Coach Pearman is responsible for more than just scouting the portal, but that is his main responsibility to it.
