That was Aveoin Terrell’s worst game in a Clemson uniform he got torched all day and let up 2 wide open tds that were costly and the pass interference on 4 and 10 was on him to essentially give them the win what a bad time for possibly our best defender to have his worst game.

The whole defense looked bad but just worth noting Terrell played very poorly and I think he’s our best player on that defense.

He was likely supposed to have safety help over the top. Especially the play where he blitzed and the receiver was left open.

One was a corner blitz and the safety failed completely to cover. Terrell telegraphed the blitz however. Nonetheless, Terrell is not covering passes as well as he used to, and has never been a good tackler wrapping the ball carrier. He likes to hit with his shoulder ... totally inadequate.

the field always seemed to be slow / late / a huge bit of disorganization - but we seemed to always get it straightened out before the ball was snapped.


This year ? It seems they are still looking to the sidelines and chasing to where they should be.


I've never seen anything like it.

The final TD and 2-pt conversion were something else to see. 1 second after the snap and you could tell we weren't stopping anything.

The blitz he did was a planned blitz. The safety was supposed to cover the backside and didn't do his job, leaving the receiver wide open. As far as the last call, that was a #### poor call that gave the game to Duke.

Agree. Why would any nfl team want to draft him. He single handily lost the game for us. It’s like he had a bet on the game.
